- Working knowledge on NetApp/ Commvault.
Skills:
- A good technical and operational understanding of storage administration role with working knowledge of high/medium/low severity level 3 ticket handling.
- Trained on systems and tools, including: iTAM.
- Trained on incident and change management.
Excellent oral and written communications skills:
- Excellent speaking abilities in English.
- Demonstrated analytical approach to problem solving.
- 3-5 years of experience of relevant knowledge and skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge on EMC VNX / ISILON storage.
Required operation hours.
